Scratchのルールに関する質問への回答
The t-cloudsystem Admin Team (たーけクラウドシステム管理チーム) considers it important to follow the Scratch Terms of Use and Rules. We believe that this is for the safety of our users and the trust of the t-cloudsystem (☁ system).
Below is a list of possible questions and answers about Scratch rules.
Q. Aren't bots prohibited in Scratch?
A. Prohibited bots are those that perform social actions (following, commenting, etc.) or manipulate site statistics. We believe that the comment crawling and cloud-variables BOTs used in the ☁ system have a relatively small impact on the community. Furthermore, it might be tacitly approved because other popular projects use them.
Q. Isn't the Cloud System Message (☁システムメッセージ) a cloud chat?
A. We do not consider it to be a cloud chat. According to "Cloud chat projects," one of the ST's announcements, the issue is that cloud chat allows user-generated content (e.g. messages) to be shared and become the way to get around the Community Guidelines. On the other hand, in the Cloud System Message, You cannot see the user content in our projects. (Only the link to the message will be displayed.) Messages are sent via Scratch's comment function, and inappropriate messages cannot be sent due to an official "Bad Word Detector." All users, including those who do not log in, can view the content. For these reasons, Cloud System Message does not apply to cloud chat.
Q. Aren't takechi-Ads paying for project views, that are one of "Social Actions"?
A. The ST announcement "Shops, Points, and Pretend Currency Systems" considers it essential that Scratchers perform social actions of their own volition, not for rewards. What you do through takechi-Ads is to view projects of your own volition, and it is only voluntary. Also, clicking on your ads to get points is prohibited in the Terms of Service of ☁ system.
Q. Isn't it against the rules to take ID 1.1 billion?
A. No matter what the lucky number is, there is always someone who got it. Once the person who took ID 1 billion had his account suspended and his project was deleted, but now they were recovered by ST. Doing the same thing is not a bad thing.
Q. Aren't you collecting passwords?
A. As you can see in the project, the password is hashed with SHA-256, so there is no way to know that on the server side. We also clearly state that you must not use the same password you use elsewhere.
Q. Aren't you denying the remix culture?
A. Remixing itself is not prohibited. However, remixing is deprecated because you cannot perform the features without a server and communication.
